Export Control
The Government of Japan controls military sensitive goods and technologies, including relevant dual-use goods and technologies,
in order to maintain both national and international peace and security.

List control
According to “The Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act”, the following product is subject to Japanese security export control.
1 Thermal Infrared Camera ARTCAM-THERMO series
2 InGaAs Camera ARTCAM-TNIR series
・Export from Japan
To export above product from Japan, obtaining export licenses from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry might be required.
If your case does not require an export license, it is necessary for our company to manage the information of users and the purposes of use.

Depending on the countries of destination, the requirements may differ. Please be informed that it may take more than one month to obtain an export license from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. In order to complete the application without delay, please provide us with the necessary information in a timely manner.

・Product Use Management
If the end users or purposes of use change after the purchase and thus cause the need to apply export licenses from Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, please contact your sales representative in advance.
Also, if the product is stolen, lost, or disposed, please must contact us.

Catch-all control
Except for the above merchandise, if you intend to export our other products to countries that are specified as in Catch-all control category (all countries except for the 26 countries designated in the Cabinet Order, listed below), obtaining export licenses from Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is required for products going to be used for the purposes or by the end users specified below. Please notify us before you place orders if your circumstances cause the need to apply export licenses.

The control is not applied to exports destined for following 26 countries participating International Security Trade Control toward the development of weapons for mass destruction

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Republic of Korea, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal,Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States

1)Export licenses are required if the product is going to be used for either of these purposes:

1 Development, manufacture, use or storage of nuclear weapons, military chemical warfare (CW) agents, bacterial agents, or devices for the spraying said agents, or rockets or unmanned aerial vehicles capable of transporting more than 300km.
2 Development, manufacture, use or storage of nuclear fuel substances, nuclear material substances, nuclear reactors, parts or accessories of nuclear reactors.
3 Researches related to nucleus fusion, manufacture of heavy water, processing or reprocessing of nuclear fuel substances.

Acts directly done or entrusted by public administration institutes in charge of military or affairs related to national defense, listed below:
a. the development or manufacture of chemical substances.
b. the development, manufacture, use or storage of microorganisms or poisons.
c. the development, manufacture, use or storage of rockets or unmanned aerial vehicles
d. space researches.

2)Also, it is necessary to obtain export licenses if the end users are

1 conducting or have been conducting acts listed in 1), or
2 being listed in the Foreign End User List ( a list of foreign enterprises or associations which have been judged to relate to the development of Iranian missiles and weapons of mass destruction, issued by Security Export Control Policy Division, Trade and Economic Corporation Bureau based on Exchange and Foreign Trade Act)
*Except for the condition that it is understood apparently that the product is not being used for the development of weapons for mass destruction
